Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret equipment schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair issues.
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong welding skills for metal fabrication and repair work.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems for troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with hydraulics systems is preferred.
- Experience in field service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.21 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
